Vital Force Aikido.
Dr Ash is also Head Sensei at Vital Force Aikido, his Geelong dojo. Forty-five years of martial-arts practice — and a longstanding clinical experiment in how the nervous system reveals itself in movement, breath, and how a person meets pressure.
If you're interested in his Aikido work alongside the clinic — get in touch via the clinic and we'll point you to the dojo.
