  3. In session

    With Dr Ash

Initial consultations run 60 minutes. qEEG appointments run approximately 60 minutes (recording 20 minutes; setup, intake review and clean-up around it). The space is quiet and unhurried.

  4. Afterwards

    Written summary

You leave with a clear next step and, after a qEEG, a written summary follows by email within five working days.

FAQ

Geelong-specific questions.

How far is the clinic from Geelong railway station?

About 8 minutes on foot — straight up Malop Street from the station forecourt.

Where's the closest parking?

Westfield Geelong (just up the road) and Market Square have multi-storey parking. There's also some metered street parking on Malop Street and the surrounding grid.

Do you treat patients from Melbourne?

Many of our patients travel from Melbourne by train (V/Line, about 60 minutes from Southern Cross). The Geelong clinic is more accessible than Camperdown for Melbourne-based patients. Telehealth is also an option for follow-ups and review consultations.

Can I see Dr Ash at this clinic specifically?

Yes — Dr Ash sees patients across both Geelong and Camperdown. When you book, we'll confirm his next available appointment at Geelong.

Is the clinic open weekends?

The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Saturday appointments are sometimes available — please ask reception when you book.
