By using thehealthybrainclinic.com and our online services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Information on this site

Health information on this site is general in nature. It is not personalised clinical advice and is not a substitute for assessment by a registered health practitioner. Always seek the advice of your treating practitioner about any condition that concerns you. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read here.

3. The Brain Snapshot

The Brain Snapshot is a free educational self-questionnaire. It is not a clinical assessment and does not produce a diagnosis. The output is a summary of your responses with general educational information. Use of the Snapshot does not establish a clinician–patient relationship.

4. Online courses, membership & resources

Our online courses, membership content, and downloadable resources are educational. They do not replace personalised clinical care. Where a programme involves practices that may be contraindicated by a medical condition, we recommend you check with your treating practitioner before commencing.

5. Bookings, payments & cancellations

Appointments are scheduled through our practice management system. Fees are listed on our Pricing page. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a fee. Detailed cancellation policy is provided at booking confirmation.

6. Telehealth

Telehealth consultations are subject to the same professional and privacy standards as in-clinic consultations. They are appropriate for many — but not all — clinical situations. Suitability is assessed at intake.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, design, logos — is owned by The Healthy Brain Clinic or used with permission. Personal, non-commercial reading is fine. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires written permission.

8. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party content (research papers, peer practitioners, partner organisations). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our online educational services. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Our handling of your personal and health information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
