Every tier is built around the same idea: continuous data capture that drives evolving care. The plan adapts to what your brain and body are actually doing — not to what they were doing on day one.
Every tier is built around one core mechanism: continuous data capture that drives evolving care. Patients log their state daily; the system interprets the patterns; the clinician oversees the flags; the plan adapts to what's actually happening in their brain and body — not to a static protocol they were given on day one.
This is the difference between an app and a clinical program. A meditation app gives you the same content every day and hopes you stick with it. A clinical program observes how you're responding and adjusts. That observation engine — the Daily Diary, the red-flag system, the reassessment cycle — is what every tier is built on.
What you pay for at every tier is evolving care — care that adapts to who you are now, not who you were when you signed up.
5-minute screen returning your top 3 brain networks most likely out of balance. Same evidence-based 14-network framework, scaled down.
Full 14-network clinical assessment, severity grading, personalised 30-day plan, neuro-supplements at clinical doses, exercises, HRV coherence training.
The full measurement-and-adaptation engine. Daily Diary, clinician red-flag oversight, monthly 14-network reassessment, evolving plan.
In-person qEEG, swLORETA-guided neurofeedback, NeuroGuide Z-scored brain mapping, 12-week follow-up comparison, clinician-led plan from Dr Ash.

No diary, no protocol — but it does something the other tiers don't: it gives you a baseline measurement. Even at the free tier, the methodology is the same evidence-based 14-network framework (BRLF + Specific Network Aligned assessment + Lifestyle Background Questionnaire) we use throughout. It's not a personality quiz. It's a clinical screen, scaled down.
Most people who later progress to Tier 1 find the Snapshot useful as a starting point — it sets the priors for what to look at first.
The full 14-network clinical assessment with severity grading, your personalised 30-day plan, and 30 days of the portal engine running in parallel.

By day 30, you'll have four weeks of objective behavioural and symptom data alongside your initial assessment results. That's the moment when a Tier 2 reassessment becomes genuinely informative — you're not retaking a quiz, you're checking your network scores against four weeks of lived evidence.
This is where the system fully comes alive. T2 isn't "T1 with extra videos" — it's T1 plus the ongoing measurement-and-adaptation engine running indefinitely.

This is why T2 retention is structurally different from a wellness subscription. People don't churn because they got bored — they renew because the plan they're working through this month is different from the one they had three months ago, and they can see why.
In-person qEEG at the clinic, real brain mapping data (NeuroGuide Z-scored), personalised swLORETA neurofeedback, and a 12-week follow-up qEEG with side-by-side comparison — all delivered under a clinician-led plan personally designed by Dr Ash.
Itemised so the cost reflects what you actually need — not a fixed package.
Typical 12-week pathway: initial qEEG ($495) + ~10 neurofeedback sessions ($220 × 10 = $2,200) + 12-week follow-up qEEG ($375) = $3,070. Actual session count is set by what your initial qEEG findings indicate — fewer or more, on Dr Ash's clinical recommendation.
Additional in-clinic program structures are in development. For now, the full clinical program above is our flagship in-clinic pathway.
The 12-week program is a starting point, not a destination — designed to get the brain working in the right direction. At Week 12 we evaluate together: some patients continue to improve on their own from there; others benefit from longer ongoing care. If you continue, the price stays at $220 per neurofeedback session for as long as the work is making measurable progress.
At $0 you get the screen — your top 3 networks, the same evidence-based methodology, your starting orientation.
At $47–$97 you get the full 14-network assessment, a personalised 30-day plan, and 30 days of the engine running.
At $497/year you get the engine running indefinitely, with monthly recalibration against four weeks of fresh data.
At Tier 3 (initial qEEG $495, personalised swLORETA neurofeedback $220 per session, follow-up qEEG $375) you get all of the above plus direct brain measurement and targeted swLORETA neurofeedback designed off your actual qEEG, with a clinician-led plan personally designed by Dr Ash.
The neurofeedback at T3, the reassessments at T2, the personalised plan at T1 — all of it works because there's a continuous data stream feeding back into the clinical decisions being made on your behalf.
We work alongside — not in place of — primary medical and psychological care. We do not diagnose neurological or psychiatric conditions from EEG, and we do not prescribe or alter medication. Tiers 0–2 are educational and self-managed; Tier 3 is in-clinic clinical care. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call 000 or Lifeline 13 11 14.

Examination, not assumption.
Take the free Brain Snapshot to orient yourself, or book a consultation with Dr Ash Connell. Both are easy to step away from, and either way you’ll leave with a clearer picture of what’s actually going on.
