Common questions about cost and access.
Is any of this covered by Medicare or private health?
qEEG and neurofeedback are not Medicare-rebatable. Some private health funds offer rebates against chiropractic consultation item codes — check with your fund using the codes we'll provide on your receipt. If you're navigating a mental-health concern, your GP can put a Mental Health Care Plan in place to cover psychology consultations independently of our work.
What's the difference between the Snapshot and the Assessment?
The free Snapshot looks at your top three brain networks in a 5-minute questionnaire. The $47 Assessment is a deep, 14-network examination with severity grading and a personalised 30-day plan. Most people start with the Snapshot, then upgrade if they want the depth.
Can I upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2?
Yes — the cleanest path. Upgrade from a Tier 1 Assessment into Tier 2 Brain Health Progress and your first month is free. Your Tier 1 plan and 30-day diary become the starting baseline for the ongoing work.
Do I have to do a Tier 1 Assessment before booking in-clinic?
Yes. We don't run a brain map for someone we haven't met (online or in-clinic). The Tier 1 Assessment establishes a baseline and lets us decide whether in-clinic care is the right fit before either of us commits.
Are payment plans available for in-clinic programmes?
Yes. The Core Integration Programme can be split into 10 weekly payments of $499.70. The Complete Brain Reset can be split into 14 weekly payments of $571.21. We also accept Afterpay for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
What's the cancellation policy?
For Tier 1 and Tier 2: cancel any time, refund within 14 days if not used. For Tier 3 in-clinic programmes: full refund before the initial qEEG; pro-rata refund up to session 5; non-refundable beyond session 5 (we've blocked the clinical time). 48-hour notice required for individual session rescheduling.
I've been a member for years — am I grandfathered?
Yes. Existing members on legacy pricing keep that pricing for the life of their continuous membership. If you let it lapse, the rejoin price is the current rate.
