Clinical care, where you are.

Telehealth consultations with Dr Ash run Australia-wide via secure video. Best for clinical follow-ups, biofeedback coaching, neuro-nutrition reviews, mind-body work, and patients who can't make it to Geelong or Camperdown.

When telehealth fits

Where it works well — and where it doesn't.

Some clinical work needs the room, the cap, and the equipment. Some doesn't.

What telehealth covers

  • Clinical consultations and follow-ups
  • Biofeedback (HRV) coaching
  • Neuro-nutrition reviews
  • Mind-body and breath protocol coaching
  • Reviewing online Assessment results
  • Coordinating with your GP, psychologist or psychiatrist

What needs a clinic visit

  • swLORETA neurofeedback sessions
  • In-clinic functional neurological exercises (vestibular & ocular-motor)
  • Initial paediatric assessment
  • Manual chiropractic and bodywork
How a session runs

What to expect on the day.

  1. Before

    Booking confirmation

You receive a calendar invite with a secure video link. Intake form (if needed) is sent ahead of time.

  2. Joining

    One click, no app

Click the secure link from your phone, tablet, or computer. Camera and microphone permissions; no installation required.

  3. In session

    Same clinical care

Same clinical conversation as in person — just over secure video. We can share screens to walk through your qEEG maps, biofeedback data, or care plan.

  4. Afterwards

    Written summary

A written session summary follows by email, alongside any home-prescribed work or coordination notes for your other clinicians.

Scope of practice. Telehealth consultations are delivered by Dr Ash Connell (Chiropractor, AHPRA registered) under his clinical certifications. Telehealth complements but does not replace in-clinic examination where that's clinically indicated.

If you need urgent support, contact your GP, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or in an emergency call 000.
