Practice alongside us.

Co-located care, shared-care arrangements, and collaborative practice — for clinicians who want to work next to a measurement-led brain-health service.

Practice models

Three ways clinicians work with us.

Referring practitioner

The most common arrangement. You refer in; we report back; the patient remains in your primary care. Strong ongoing communication, clear scope.

Refer a patient

Shared-care clinician

For psychologists, GPs and allied health who want closer integration — joint care planning, regular case discussion, and a defined point of contact at our end. By arrangement.

Co-located practice

Rooms available at our Geelong and Camperdown sites for aligned practitioners — psychologists, dietitians, exercise physiologists. Limited spots; selection is values-led.

Who we work well with

Practitioners we tend to align with.

  • Clinical and counselling psychologists with a CBT, ACT, or trauma-focused practice.
  • GPs with an interest in mental-health care planning and integrated medicine.
  • Psychiatrists open to non-pharmacological adjuncts for treatment-resistant presentations.
  • Dietitians, exercise physiologists, and allied health working in chronic-condition care.
  • Performance practitioners — sports psychologists, performance coaches, executive coaches.

If you're not in this list but the work resonates — get in touch anyway. The criteria below matter more than the discipline.

What we look for

Three criteria.

  1. Evidence orientation. A bias toward what's been studied, with honesty about limits — the same posture we try to bring.
  2. Scope discipline. Clear about what your practice is and isn't. Comfortable referring out when it's not yours to hold.
  3. Patient-first communication. Quick replies, clear letters, and the same tone with patients as with each other.
